Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Books must be in as-new condition. Toys and games must be sealed and unused. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email hello@booksonthird.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Store credit will be issued via gift card once the return is received and approved.
